1. Puppy Deposit Guarantee (Risk-Free)

We understand that choosing a puppy is a big decision.

• Full Refund: If you make a deposit for a puppy and later decide you no longer wish to proceed with the adoption, you will be fully refunded the deposit amount.
  • How to Request: Simply email us at goldenretrieverfamily@goldenretrieverfamily.com to initiate your refund.

Processing: Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

   2)Pet Supplies & Accessories

             For physical items (toys, leashes, etc.), you have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.

     Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• • Non-Returnable: For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, or used grooming tools.

  3. Damaged Items

  If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can send a replacement immediately.

  4. Shipping Costs

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for physical products. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
